Vision

To be a supporting unit of UMRI by developing the international and national partnerships and activities aiming at helping UMRI reach its vision to be a dignified higher education institution in developing human resources mastering science and technology with the foundation of Islamic values in 2030.

Mission
1. Maintaining and developing national and international cooperation;
2. Initiating and activating MoU with national and international partner universities or institutions;
3. Providing services to educators, education personnel and students in the framework of further study abroad and exchange programs with foreign institutions;
4. Supporting various international conferences and activities held at Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau;
5. Providing assistance in visa and other permits matter for foreign students and academic guests who are studying / serving at UMRI.
